Enables the installation of an aftermarket shift knob with 16mm x 1.50 threads to be installed to a factory original 2018 and Newer Dodge Durango Automatic shifter. When installed, you push down on the shift knob instead of pressing a button to enable shifting. Comprised of high grade precision machined black anodized aluminum. Made in the USA.
